Do you rent your products?
Answer:  No. We are a manufacturing company. We leave the rentals to our customers.

Question:  What comes included in the purchase price of a bouncer?
Answer:  All Bouncers include: Bounce Unit, Deluxe Child Safe 1hp Blower with On/Off Switch, 4 Stakes, 2 Tie Down Straps, Repair Kit with Instructions, Safety Rules Banner, Business Card Holder Sewn onto Unit, Free Use of Our Rental Contract ($5000 Value) and 2 Year Warranty on the Inflatable and Blower. (One year warranty for Indoor Facility use.)

Question:  What comes included in the purchase price of all other inflatables?
Answer: All Inflatables except bouncers include:  Deluxe Child  Safe Blower with On/Off Switch with  20' cord attached,  Stakes, Tie Down Straps, Repair Kit, Safety Rules Banner & Business Card Holder Sewn onto each Unit, Free use of our Rental Contract ($5000.00 Value) and a 2 Year Warranty on the  Inflatable and Blower. (One year warranty for Indoor Facility use.)

Question:  What is the turn around time once an order is placed?  
Answer: 
If the units are in stock, Immediate Delivery is available. If unit is not in stock, approximately 2 to 4 weeks on most units.

Question:  What is the warranty on your Inflatables?
Answer:  We have the Best Warranty in the Industry, 2-Years on all Inflatables and one year on all indoor facilities.

Question:  How long can I expect my Inflatable to last?
Answer:  Our Units can last anywhere from 7 to 10 years depending on the care, maintenance and usage of the unit.

Question:  Do I need Insurance for this type of Business?
Answer:  We strongly recommend you purchase Liability Insurance for your protection.  We have a list of Inflatable Insurance Companies you can contact with reduced rates. Just call us and we will be happy to supply you with it.

Question:  What kind of deposit do I need?
Answer:  We require a 50% deposit on all orders.

Question:  Can I run the Business out of my house?
Answer:  Yes you can and most people start out that way.

Question:  How long will it take to re-coup my Investment?
Answer:  Depending on the rental fee charged, your return on Investment normally happens in three months.

Question:  How big is the unit when it rolled up?
Answer:  Our Moon Bounces rolled up are approximately 48 inches tall, 24 inches in diameter and look like a tall sleeping bag. Other inflatables vary.

Question:  What kind of vehicle do I need to transport the units.
Answer:  Our units can be transported in a variety of vehicles:  Pick-up Trucks, Station Wagons, Vans or a small Utility Trailer.

Question:  What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer:  We accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and most major credit cards.

Question:  Do you offer volume discounts?
Answer:  Yes we do, the more units you purchase at one time, the bigger the discount.

Question:  What size are your units?
Answer:  The inflatables vary depending on the units you purchase.

Question:  What kind of Vinyl is used.
Answer:  We only use the finest quality Comercial Grade 18.5oz coated Vinyl.  We never use laminated material.
